Subject: [PATCH] fix: restore package.json, bun.lock and .gitignore from
 verified commit

Restore to match commit 89c9e87c:
- Add back build:builtin-review script
- Remove undici from devDependencies
- Restore prepare script to .githooks
- Revert .gitignore upstream additions
