7425b59826 feat: register /review and /security-review via registerBundledSkill 
Replace indirect Skill-tool-based routing with direct bundled skill
registration using SKILL_FILES, matching /strict:review approach.

- reviewSkills.ts registers all four commands (review, security-review,
  strict:review, strict:security-review) with embedded files
- Remove review command from commands.ts (now bundled skill)
- Simplify review.ts to only export ultrareview
- Update mcp.ts to get review command from bundled skills

1a440af30b feat: 对齐 OpenCode 即时推送架构，session status 事件绕过队列直接推送 
- sessionState.ts: 单 listener → Set 多订阅者，新增 registerSdkEventConsumer 绕过 SDK 事件队列
- sdkEventQueue.ts: SessionStateChangedEvent 从队列系统移除
- print.ts: runHeadlessStreaming 注册直接消费者，事件即时 output.enqueue()
- query.ts: queryLoop 每轮迭代发送 running 心跳
- server/routes/session.ts: prompt_async 立即 emit busy（不等子进程 init），历史会话先解析 body 再恢复
- server/sessionHandle.ts: prompt() 检测已 busy 时跳过重复 emit
- server/eventBus.ts: 添加 SSE publish 耗时日志
- server/server.ts: 传递 eventBus 给 sessionRoutes
- 新增 16 个 sessionState 多订阅者 + SDK consumer 测试

58b4b5e354 fix(server): include created_at in session.created SSE event 
The session.created event only had session_id and status, causing
downstream adapters to produce empty time objects and new sessions

6e8d54da6c feat(server): support reading subagent transcripts 
Add fallback in readSessionMessages() to locate subagent transcript files under <project>/<session>/subagents/agent-<id>.jsonl when the sessionId is actually an agentId. Extract entryToSessionMessage and readMessagesFromLines helpers for reuse between main and subagent transcripts.

Also route 'system' messages through the 'message' event in sessionMessageRouter so subscribers can observe them.

4c56bbe268 fix: remove agent-based review code reintroduced from main merge 
Revert PR #43 agent-based code that was brought in during the main merge:
- Remove generateBuiltinAgents and all agent-related logic from generate script
- Delete src/costrict/review/agent/ directory
- Delete src/commands/security-review.ts (handled by bundled skill)
- Restore PR #64 extension.ts with getClaudeConfigHomeDir approach
- Remove REVIEW_AGENTS from builtInAgents.ts
- Keep review command (needed for MCP entry), but use CommandLocale instead of agent

1970c698ea feat(costrict): 根据模型列表动态设置 max_tokens 参数 
从 /ai-gateway/api/v1/models 返回的模型信息中读取 maxTokensKey
和 maxTokens 字段，发送请求时动态注入对应参数名和参数值。
maxTokensKey 缺失时默认使用 max_tokens，maxTokens 无值时不传该参数。

40dc2720d0 fix(server): 修复 csc.exe server 模式下探针进程因 --feature 参数崩溃导致模型列表为空 
Bun 将源码编译为独立可执行文件后，process.argv[1] 变为内部虚拟路径
(B:/~BUN/root/cli.js)，该路径含 / 被误判为脚本模式，导致 saveChildSpawnPrefix
为子进程生成 --feature / -d 参数。子进程（csc.exe 本身）不识别这些 Bun
运行时参数，以 exit code 1 退出，探针失败，/provider/capabilities 返回空模型。

修复：
- getScriptArgsForChild: 识别并跳过 Bun snapshot 虚拟路径前缀 (B:/~BUN/, /snapshot/)
- saveChildSpawnPrefix: 仅在 scriptArgs 非空（脚本模式）时才生成 --feature/define 参数
- build.ts: 补充 Step 7 编译独立可执行文件 csc.exe / csc

e3ba147dbe refactor: migrate review system to bundled skill files mechanism 
Replace custom extension.ts initialization and agent-based routing with
csc's built-in registerBundledSkill({ files }) mechanism. Review and
security-review skills are now registered with embedded files that
get lazily extracted to disk on first invocation. Locale is resolved
at startup via getResolvedLanguage().

- Remove agent generation from generate-review-builtin.ts (skill-only)
- Remove extension.ts, REVIEW_AGENTS registration, strict:* skills
- Add reviewSkills.ts with registerReviewSkills() for unified registration
- Adapt to new costrict-review index.json format (skills-only, new paths)
- Remove src/costrict/command/locales/ (no longer needed)

1240a1a499 fix(rawDump): prevent batch worker concurrency cascade and add fetch timeout 
- Add in-process isRunning flag to block reentrant runBatch (file lock
  fails when pid === process.pid)
- Replace setInterval + double immediate trigger with self-scheduling
  setTimeout that only fires after previous batch awaits
- Move clearQueue() to right after readQueue() so any unexpected
  concurrent runBatch sees an empty queue and exits immediately
- Cache repoInfo and workingTreeDiff in processTask, pass into all three
  upload functions to halve git invocations per task
- Add 30s AbortController timeout on postJson fetch so the worker no
  longer hangs indefinitely on unresponsive networks

在 CoStrict provider 的所有 API 请求中注入 agent-type header，
反映当前会话所使用的 agent 或 skill，默认值为 "build"。

- fetch.ts: createCoStrictFetch 接受可选 agentType 参数，PascalCase
  自动转 kebab-case（StrictSpec → strict-spec），注入 agent-type header
- index.ts: queryModelCoStrict 读取 getMainThreadAgentType()（--agent 启动）
  或 getActiveSkillName()（slash skill 触发）作为 agentType
- models.ts: /v1/models 请求添加 User-Agent: csc/{VERSION} header
- state.ts: 新增 activeSkillName 状态及 getter/setter
- processSlashCommand.tsx: inline skill 和 fork skill（context:fork）
  触发时均调用 setActiveSkillName 记录当前 skill/agent 名
- caches.ts: /clear 时调用 setActiveSkillName(undefined) 重置状态，
  避免新会话继承上一会话的 agent-type

77092f71ab fix: 修复非 UTF-8 编码文件读写 round-trip 字节损坏 
GBK 文件编辑后被错误写入为 UTF-8（Buffer.from 不支持 gbk 编码，
encodeString 静默 fallback），latin1/ANSI 文件 0x80-0x9F 范围字节因
TextDecoder('latin1') 与 Buffer.from('latin1') 编解码不对称而被篡改。

修复：latin1 解码改用严格 ISO-8859-1 映射保证与 Buffer.from 对称；
GBK 编码通过 TextDecoder 反向构建查找表实现零依赖编码器。

- prompt/prompt_async 接口找不到内存 session 时自动从磁盘历史恢复
- 从 transcript 读取历史 session 的原始 cwd，保证子进程在正确目录启动
- resume 时不传 --session-id 避免与 --resume 冲突（csc 限制）
- sessionManager.createSession 支持传入指定 sessionId，resume 时复用历史 id

Refactor csc serve question endpoints to match opencode/app-ai-native
expected data models and request/response shapes:

- GET /question now returns QuestionRequest[] (direct array) instead of
  { questions: [...] }
- POST /question/:id/reply accepts { answers: string[][] } mapping to
  selected option labels per question
- POST /question/:id/reject no longer requires a request body
- Support dual question sources:
  - MCP Elicitation (converted to opencode format with enum→options)
  - AskUserQuestionTool permissions exposed as questions
- Add conversion helpers: convertAskUserQuestionToOpencode,
  convertElicitationToOpencode, buildElicitationContent
- Reply to AskUserQuestionTool via replyPermission('allow') with
  constructed updatedInput.answers map

Also includes serve-mode infrastructure improvements:
- Session routes auto-create sessions on demand via getOrCreateSession
- Set CSC_SERVE_MODE env var in child process spawn
- Skip push-suggestion stream waiting in serve mode

Add comprehensive unit tests for question route opencode conversion.

- tsconfig.json 加 baseUrl 修复 dev 模式子进程 src/* 路径别名解析
- waitReady/initReject 修复：子进程退出时正确 reject，避免永久 pending
- POST /session 等待子进程 ready 后再返回，避免立即发 prompt 崩溃
- transcriptReader pathCache 不缓存 null，文件未写入时下次可重新查找
- session/status 用 prompting 判断 busy/idle，prompt 结束后正确变为 idle
- /agent 接口补充默认 build 模式
- message.ts 使用 spawnCwd 定位 transcript 文件

a77d8316c9 fix: 修复 Tool Search 缓存失效 — deferred 工具不再动态注入 tools 数组 
移除 deferred 工具的 "discover then include" 逻辑，让 tools 数组在整个会话中
保持稳定（只有 core tools + ToolSearch + ExecuteExtraTool），避免每次发现新
工具时 tools JSON 变化导致 prompt cache 失效。

同时强化工具优先级引导：core tools 优先直接调用，ToolSearch/ExecuteExtraTool
仅作为发现和调用 deferred 工具的最后手段。当模型搜索已加载的 core tool 时，
ToolSearch 返回明确的拒绝提示。

f04889504e refactor: 统一自建 Tool Search — 移除 tool_reference/defer_loading 依赖，全 provider 通用 
- 重命名 ExecuteTool → ExecuteExtraTool，作为一等工具始终可用
- ToolSearchTool 输出改为纯文本（区分 core/deferred），移除 tool_reference blocks
- 移除 modelSupportsToolReference() 及相关 GrowthBook 配置
- 移除 API 侧 defer_loading 字段和 tool search beta header 注入
- 简化 system prompt（工具使用指南从 ~120 行压缩到 ~10 行）
- extractDiscoveredToolNames 支持文本格式解析（向后兼容旧 session 的 tool_reference）
- 更新 promptEngineeringAudit 测试以匹配简化后的 prompt 结构

e37e9d3ad5 feat: enable stream_event forwarding for serve mode streaming 
QueryEngine previously guarded stream_event yields behind includePartialMessages,
which was undefined in serve mode. Remove the guard so stream_event messages
always flow to the child process stdout. Add stream_event handling in
sessionHandle.routeMessage to emit via EventBus for downstream consumers.
